CRC SUPER LONG TERM GREASE + MoS2

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Extreme duty grease with molybdenum disulphide.
CRC Super Long Term Grease + MoS2 is a lithium-type heavy duty mineral oil grease containing
MoS2 (molybdenum disulphide) and thermally stable EP (extreme pressure) additives. Designed
for automotive and small industrial heavy duty roller- and sliding bearings and joints, including CV
(constant velocity, homokinetic) joints.
2. FEATURES
· Provides extended lubrication intervals and increases parts and equipment life.
· Lowers friction and wear.
· Reduces operating temperatures.
· Reduces maintenance costs and downtime.
· Helps to overcome start-up problems with heavily loaded bearings as it improves metal finish by
its smooth “moly” film.
· Resists shock, pressure and wear.
· Excellent anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion properties.
· Water-resistant up to 90°C.
· Excellent stability.
· No attack of metals and most plastics and rubbers. Highly stressed plastics and mineral oil
sensitive rubbers (e.g. silicone rubbers) should be tested before use.

4. DIRECTIONS
· Surfaces/equipment to be treated should be clean an dry. Use CRC Quickleen for removing all
grease and dirt.
· When using CRC Super Long Term Grease + MoS2 with a grease gun, apply until fresh grease
appears.
· Roller bearings should normally only be half filled with grease. Follow bearing manufacturer’s
specifications.
· For best results, do not mix with other products.
· A safety data sheet (MSDS) according EU-directive 93/112 is available for all CRC products.
